Hey, Bear fans!
It's finals week here in Berkeley, and we've just returned from a weekend in Federal Way, Wash. competing at U.S. Winter Nationals. Now that the fall competition season has ended, we're finishing up the end of the semester on a high note, too.
Finals can be stressful for the entire campus community, so we took a little time after a morning practice during dead week to make "finals cheer" goodie bags. We made 550 little bags to hand out to students buckling down studying all over campus. It's a great way we like to give something back to a community that gives so much to us!
This week, we're giving you a peek into how we prepare for finals. There's lots of studying involved, and tons of interesting ways to take a study break. Between lunges in the library and Grey's Anatomy during study sessions, we're never bored when we're together. It may get a little stressful when there's a lot of work to be done, but at the end of the day, it's always a great week when you have the opportunity to attend the #1 public university in the world!
We'll see you next time. As always, GO BEARS!
