No. 17 Cal Plays At Colorado, No. 46 Utah

BERKELEY – Seventeenth-ranked California plays Pac-12 foes Colorado and No. 46 Utah on the road this weekend, with the Golden Bears (10-6, 4-3 Pac-12) taking on the Buffaloes (10-10, 3-4 Pac-12) at 1:30 p.m. MT on Friday and then facing the Utes (11-8, 2-5 Pac-12) at 12:30 p.m. MT (pushed back from the original start time of 11 a.m MT) on Sunday.

Last Time: Bears Split Against The Washington Schools
Cal defeated Washington State, 4-3, on April 6, one day after losing to Washington, 4-3, at the Hellman Tennis Complex. Against the Cougars on Senior Day, senior co-captain Maria Smith clinched the victory with a 7-6(4), 6-4 win over Yang Lee. Earlier, senior co-captain Olivia Hauger paired with junior Katerina Stloukalova to clinch the doubles point with a 6-3 result over Michaely Bayerlova and Aneta Miksovska.
 
The Bears fell to the Huskies on April 5 despite getting wins from the top half of the singles order in the 40th-ranked Julia Rosenqvist, who topped No. 95 Stacey Fung, 6-4, 6-4, on court one, the 42nd-ranked Hauger (6-1, 6-1 over Vanessa Wong, court two), and the 111th-ranked Anna Bright (6-3, 6-1 over Katarina Kopcalic, court three).
 
Poll Position
Cal earned a No. 17 ranking in Tuesday's Oracle ITA team poll and was ranked 22nd in last week's Tennis Channel/USTA Top 25. This week's version of the latter poll will come out on Wednesday.
 
Three Bears are ranked in Tuesday's week's Oracle ITA singles poll in No. 33 Julia Rosenqvist (22-13), No. 42 Olivia Hauger (21-7 record) and No. 119 Anna Bright (22-10). The pair of sophomores Rosenqvist and Hana Mraz (7-4) is ranked 16th, the team of Bright and sophomore Jasie Dunk (15-7) is ranked 27th and the duo of Mraz and Katerina Stloukalova (7-1) is ranked 63rd in doubles.

Cal ends the regular season when it hosts No. 3 Stanford on April 20 at 12 p.m. at the Hellman Tennis Complex.
