NEW YORK -- Though Cal field hockey exited the America East Championships Tournament earlier than expected, the Golden Bears still enjoyed team bonding on the road and brought home plenty of hardware.

The fun started in Albany, where Melina Moore was named the conference's Rookie of the Year and Marie Lanckneus and Clara Goni also picked up conference honors. Following the team's heartbreaking overtime loss to Maine, Cal enjoyed a day of team bonding in New York City before heading home.
