  • This is only the sixth time this season that Cal was outscored in the paint, as the Utes took a 30-22 advantage inside.
  • With 2 three-pointers in tonight's game, Darius McNeill is now within 10 three-pointers of Allen Crabbe's freshman-record 62 three-point makes. With 53, is currently 5 behind third-place record-holder Ryan Anderson's 58 threes as a freshman.
  • Justice Sueing recorded 2 steals to move into sole possession of fourth among Cal's freshman record holders, notching 4X on the season. He eclipsed Butch Hays (1980) and Michael Chavez (1980) fourth-place record of 42 in their freshman seasons.
  • Kingsley Okoroh recorded 2 blocks to bring his all-time total to 188. He trails David Kravish (228) and Micahel Stewart (207) at third among program record-holders.
  • Utah held Cal to a season-low 43 points. Cal's previous low was 53 against Oregon (Feb. 1) and also at Washington (Jan. 13).
  • With a 34-point win, this is Utah's largest margin of victory in the all-time series between the two schools, besting a 25-point Utah margin in the 1964.65 season. The all-time series is now tied, 14-14.
