Golden Ticket Community Program
Cal Athletics' umbrella for ticket-based community programs — from nonprofit ticket requests and fan ticket donations to fundraising support.
Not sure which program fits? BearShare provides tickets for a nonprofit organization's own community use — they can't be used for fundraising or resale. Ticket Giveback lets individual season ticket holders give back tickets to games they can't attend. The Charity Donation Auction provides a donated item, typically a pair of tickets, for an organization to auction off and raise funds.

Can't make it to a game? Return your tickets and put those seats back in the hands of fellow Bears fans — and earn priority points through Oski's Rewards. Eligible for Football, Men's Basketball, and Women's Basketball.
How to Return Your Tickets

1 Go to your Cal Bears Ticketing Account and click "Sign In."

2 Log in using the email address and password associated with your account.If you experience any issues signing in, email ato@berkeley.edu or call the Cal Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-GO-BEARS.

3 After logging in, click "My Account" in the top right corner and select "Return" under "My Tickets."

4 Select the game and seats you wish to return.Please review your selection carefully — returned tickets cannot be reinstated. Once a ticket is returned, it will be removed from your account and considered void.

5 Review your selection, then select "Yes, Process Return."

6 Your return is complete once you are redirected to the confirmation page.

7 A confirmation screen will verify your ticket return.

Can I receive my ticket back if I accidentally returned the wrong one?

How many tickets can I return for one game?
There is no limit to how many tickets you can return.
Which sports are eligible for ticket returns?
Football, Men's Basketball, and Women's Basketball are all eligible for ticket returns.
What are Oski's Rewards?
Oski's Rewards is Cal Athletics' official fan loyalty program designed to reward Golden Bears fans for engaging with Cal Sports. Through the Cal Bears mobile app, fans can earn points by participating in various fan engagement activities and experiences.
Points can be redeemed for exclusive prizes such as Cal Bears apparel, accessories, experiences, and more. To get started, download the Cal Bears mobile app and navigate to the "Oski's Rewards" tab to enroll and begin earning points.
Is there a deadline to return tickets?
Yes. The deadline to return tickets is 30 minutes prior to the start of the selected game.
Can I transfer or sell my tickets instead of returning them?
Yes. Ticket holders may choose to transfer or resell tickets through SeatGeek. Tickets that are transferred or sold are not eligible for the Ticket Return program or priority point credit.
Will I receive a refund for returned tickets?
No. Returned tickets are not eligible for refunds or credits. However, eligible returns will earn priority points.
How will I know my tickets were successfully returned?
A confirmation screen will appear once your tickets have been successfully returned.
Charity Donation Auction
A donated item — typically a pair of tickets — to help your organization raise funds through a charitable auction or event.
Before You Request
- Requires a completed request form and a formal donation letter on organizational letterhead
- Cal cannot donate to a cause that directly or indirectly benefits a person in grades 9–12
- Team apparel, equipment, and other items used by student-athletes are not available for donation
- Monetary donations and requests for operating expenses are not accommodated
- Tickets are subject to availability; only one pair is donated per approved request
