  • Jabari Bird earned a place in the starting lineup against Stanford. It was his seventh start of the season and first since starting the first six games of the year.
  • Bird finished with a season-high 17 points – his highest total since getting 22 vs. Oregon on Feb. 25, 2015. He entered the game with a total of 13 points in four Pac-12 games.
  • With 17 points vs. Stanford, Tyrone Wallace moved into 11th place on Cal's career scoring list, now with 1,474 points.
  • Jordan Mathews connected on three 3-pointers to give him 160 for his career and tying him with Ayinde Ubaka (2004-07) for sixth on Cal's career list. Next up is No. 5 Patrick Christopher, who had 164 from 2007-10.
  • Cal finished with eight steals, matching the Bears' season high first achieved in an overtime win at Wyoming Dec. 5. Sam Singer had a season-high three steals. His career best is four at Colorado last year. The three steals vs. Stanford ties for the most by a Bear this season.
  • The Bears drained 12 shots from 3-point range, tying their season high. Cal has made at least five 3-point shots in 15 of its past 16 games, with the only exception being a 0-for-12 performance at Oregon last week. Cal has made at least eight 3-pointers eight times this season and at least 10 on three occasions.
