California women's gymnastics dons its pink leotards in honor of breast cancer awareness this weekend when the No. 10 Golden Bears host No. 21 Oregon State for the annual "Powerful in Pink" meet. Dual-meet action begins Saturday at 1 p.m. in Haas Pavilion.

Cal's Powerful in Pink breast cancer awareness meet includes pink ribbon and Stand Up to Cancer poster making stations with Zeta Sorority. The Bears will wear pink leotards for the meet, and Cal will also raffle off an autographed pink leotard and autographed pink T-shirt with proceeds going to breast cancer awareness. During the meet, fans can enjoy a live DJ, the Blue & Gold Fan Zone including poster making, a photo station, bounce house and team poster giveaway pre-meet. After the meet, fans are encouraged to join the gymnastics team on the floor of Haas Pavilion for a lights-out dance party.
Tickets are available for purchase online at CalBears.com. Admission to the meet is also still available for purchase at the ticket window on Spieker Plaza beginning 90 minutes prior to the start of each home meet.

NUMBERS TO KNOW
3 -- Using NQS, all three of Cal's all-arounders rank in the Top 25 nationally.
Kyana George ranks 7th as an all-arounder, followed by
Nevaeh DeSouza at 13th and
Maya Bordas at 22nd.
7th -- While National Qualifying Scores won't officially be used until next week, the Bears currently rank 7th overall in the NQS.The Bears also rank in the top 15 on all four events, including top 10 on vault (8th), bars (7th) and beam (8th).
2 -- California tallied season-high team totals on two events in last week's meet at Stanford. The Bears set a team-high 49.275 on vault and matched a 49.350 on beam. Cal's 49.350 on beam was also the fourth-highest score on the event in school history.

RANKED ON THE ROAD TO NATIONALS
The Golden Bears opened 2020 at No. 9 in the Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association preseason poll as voted on by WCGA coaches. This is the third time in the last four seasons that Cal was voted into the preseason top 10.Â
