Bynum Has Career-High 15 Tackles, Curhan Plays All 72 Snaps

Camryn Bynum had a career- and game-high 15 tackles in Minnesota's 34-28 road loss at Philadelphia and Jake Curhan played all 72 snaps at right tackle in Seattle's 37-31 overtime win at Detroit to highlight the performances of former California football players in the NFL during Week 2 games that ended Monday.

The duo is among 26 former Cal players currently affiliated with NFL teams including 13 on active rosters, eight on coaching staffs, four on injured reserve lists and one on a practice squad.

Keenan Allen – WR (Los Angeles Chargers, 0-2)
– Started and had a game-high-tying eight receptions for a game-high 111 yards and two touchdowns for the ninth time in his career that he has a pair of touchdown receptions in a 27-24 overtime loss at Tennessee to give him 14 catches for 187 yards and two scores in his first two contests.

Bryan Anger – P (Dallas, 2-0)
– Punted three times for 155 yards (51.7 avg, 49.3 net average) in the Cowboys 30-10 win at the New York Giants to complete a two-game road trip to Gotham in which they outscored beat both the Jets and Giants by a combined score of 70-10.

Chris Brooks – RB (Miami, 2-0)
– Played in his second career NFL game by seeing action on 12 special teams plays but did not record any stats other than participation in the Dolphins' 24-17 road win against New England.

Ashtyn Davis – S (New York Jets, 1-1)
– Had one tackle and one rush for four yards when he picked up a first down on a fake punt in a 30-10 road loss at Dallas as the successful fake punt conversion was his second in as many tries during his career with the other against Buffalo in a 2022 win over the Bills.

Matt Giordano – Defensive Assistant (New Orleans, 2-0)
– Helped his squad to second straight win with a 20-17 road victory at Carolina.

Jared Goff – QB (Detroit, 1-1)
– Completed 28-of-356 passes for 323 yards with one three touchdowns and one interception in a 37-31 home overtime loss to Seattle with the interception ending a string of 383 consecutive passing attempts that is the third-longest in NFL history.
– Ranks among the NFL's top-rated quarterbacks in quarterback rating (3rd, 109.0), touchdown passes (4th-T, 4), passing yards (5th, 576), completions (6th-T, 50) and completion percentage (6th-T, 71.4%)
