Cal Qualifies 14 Individuals, All Relays For NCAAs
Bears Earn 15 Top-10 Seeds
The No. 5 California women's swimming & diving team had 14 student-athletes selected to compete at the 2026 NCAA Championships on Wednesday, including five swimmers who will participate in three different events. The Golden Bears feature 15 top-10 seeds with 10 individuals and five relays.
Freshman Clarie Weinstein is a top-10 seed in all three events she will compete in in her NCAA Championships debut, which is scheduled for March 18-21 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Teagan O'Dell and
Mary-Ambre Moluh each earned two top-10 seeds. West has the highest seed on the team; she is ranked second in the 200-yard individual medley. The Bears' 14 individual qualifiers is the fourth-most by a single school.
Cal will compete in all five relays with its highest seed coming at third in the 800 freestyle.

Ella Cosgrove – 200 freestyle, 500 freestyle
Kathryn Hazle – 400 IM
Camille Henveaux – 500 freestyle
Abby Herscu – 200 breaststroke
Annie Jia – 100 butterfly, 200 butterfly
Alexa McDevitt – 400 IM
Mary-Ambre Moluh – 100 backstroke, 100 freestyle, 50 freestyle
Teagan O'Dell – 200 IM, 400 IM, 200 backstroke
Lilou Ressencourt – 100 butterfly, 200 butterfly
Elle Scott – 200 IM, 100 breaststroke
Silje Slyngstadli – 100 breaststroke
Claire Weintstein – 200 freestyle, 1650 freestyle, 500 freestyle
Mia West – 200 IM, 200 freestyle, 100 backstroke
