There are 2 options to access tickets: via My Account 2.0 and via a link in an email.
- My Account: Use your smartphone to log in to your season ticket account at CalBears.com/myaccount. Your tickets will be listed under My Tickets. Tap each one and add them to Google Pay or Apple Wallet.
- Email: An email will be sent that will contain a link to access the tickets. Open the email on your smartphone and tap the link to access the tickets and add them to Google Pay or Apple Wallet.
With either option, your tickets will stay with you on your smartphone.Simply open your digital wallet prior to approaching the gate and then the tickets will be scanned directly from your smartphone at the gate.
A smartphone is required to use mobile tickets. If you do not own a smartphone, but someone you are attending the game with does, you can use that person’s smartphone to access your tickets to enter the stadium. If you do not own a smartphone, nor does anyone in your party, please contact the Cal Gold Standard Ticket Sales and Services team at 1 (800) GO-BEARS to discuss alternative options.
No, mobile tickets printed on paper cannot be scanned and therefore will not be accepted at the gate. Mobile tickets on a smartphone are the only acceptable tickets at the gate.
Tickets will not be viewable on your account until closer to the start of the football season. A formal announcement will be sent to season ticket holders with the exact date and time their tickets will be available online.
Season tickets will be sent approximately three weeks prior to the start of the season and single-game tickets will be sent 24-48 hours prior to the event.
Use your smartphone to log in to your season ticket account at CalBears.com/myaccount. Once logged in, you will find all of your active tickets for the season listed under “My Tickets”.
If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guests to arrive at your own
convenience. Via My Account 2.0, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter their cell phone number. They will receive a text message instructing them to accept the tickets. They will need to log into their Cal account or simply create an account for new customers to accept their tickets. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add the ticket to their phone.
Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone’s digital wallet. We highly encourage that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.
At California Memorial Stadium the Ticket Office will have staff at each gate to help assist with any ticketing issues. Mobile Assistance Booths will be available at Gate 1, Gate 2, and Gate 5. The North Ticket Office and South Ticket Office can also assist with any issues.
At all other athletic events/facilities where tickets are needed the Ticket Office will have staff at each gate to help assists with any ticketing issues.

All parking passes will be delivered as mobile passes. When you arrive at the lot, an attendant will be stationed at the entrance to scan your mobile parking pass for entry. Fans are encouraged to visit the official Cal Bears Baseball page for game postponements, cancellations or other contingencies due to weather.
Cancelled game(s): If a game is cancelled (or rescheduled), ticket holders may exchange their original ticket for a ticket to a future regular season game, subject to availability. Fans may exchange tickets at the Stu Gordon Stadium ticket box office on Gameday or on the mobile calbears app. Ticket holders must present the original ticket to the cancelled game in order to exchange tickets. No refunds will be issued.
