Cal Athletics tickets are delivered via mobile ticketing and stored in your smartphone's digital wallet — for faster delivery, contactless gate entry, and more flexibility to manage tickets on your time. Mobile tickets can't be downloaded on a desktop, and on iPad only if you're bringing that device to the game.
Ticketholders are strongly encouraged to download the Cal Bears App to manage their tickets prior to arriving at events.

HOW-TO DOWNLOAD MOBILE TICKETS

STEP 1: Open Cal Bears App
On the Welcome screen, click “Let's get started”.
Set. your preferences. This step is optional but recommended for a more personalized experience.

STEP 2: Notifications
Select “ALL NOTIFICATIONS” to stay up to date with everything related to the Cal Bears.

STEP 3: Manage Tickets
Tap the Tickets icon at the bottom middle.
Select Manage Tickets.

STEP 4: Log in with your Cal Athletics Ticket Account
Log in with the account associated with your Cal Athletics Ticket account.

STEP 5: Select Event & “Add to Wallet”
Select your event, then tap Add to Mobile Wallet to save the ticket to your phone. Repeat for each additional pass you want stored.

STEP 6: Present Your Ticket
At the gate, open your mobile wallet and present the pass. Enjoy the game and GO BEARS!

Your Account is the enhanced online mobile ticket account manager at CalBears.com which can also be accessed at CalBears.com/myaccount. This upgrade will enhance the user experience and provide a more intuitive self-service feature. Season ticket holders will be able to use their smartphone to view upcoming events, download tickets to their digital wallet, transfer tickets to multiple recipients via text message, and post tickets for resale on StubHub.
A smartphone is required to use mobile tickets. If you do not own a smartphone, but someone you are attending the game with does, you can use that person’s smartphone to access your tickets to enter the stadium. If you do not own a smartphone, nor does anyone in your party, please contact the Cal Gold Standard Ticket Sales and Services team at (800) GO-BEARS to discuss alternative options.
No, mobile tickets printed on paper cannot be scanned and therefore will not be accepted at the gate. Mobile tickets on a smartphone are the only acceptable tickets at the gate.
Tickets will not be viewable on your account until closer to the start of that sport's season. A formal announcement will be sent to season ticket holders with the exact date and time their tickets will be available online.
The tickets themselves will not be sent in an email. While you will receive an email notifying you when your tickets are ready, you will still need to log into your account and download your tickets. Email is not necessary to access your tickets.
Use your smartphone to log in to your season ticket account at CalBears.com/myaccount. Once logged in, you will find all of your active tickets for the season listed under “My Tickets”.
If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guests to arrive at your own convenience. Via My Account 2.0, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter their cell phone number. They will receive a text message instructing them to accept the tickets. They will need to log into their Cal account or simply create an account for new customers to accept their tickets. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add the ticket to their phone.
Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone’s digital wallet. We highly encourage that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.
The Ticket Office will have staff at each gate to help assist with any ticketing issues. Mobile Assistance Booths will be available at Gate 1, Gate 2, and Gate 5. The North Ticket Office and South Ticket Office can also assist with any issues.

All parking passes will be delivered as mobile passes. When you arrive at the lot, an attendant will be stationed at the entrance to scan your mobile parking pass for entry. No physical pass is required.

Fans are encouraged to visit the official Cal Bears Baseball page for game postponements, cancellations or other contingencies due to weather.
Cancelled game(s): If a game is cancelled (or rescheduled), ticket holders may exchange their original ticket for a ticket to a future regular season game, subject to availability. Fans may exchange tickets at the Stu Gordon Stadium ticket box office on Gameday or on the mobile calbears app. Ticket holders must present the original ticket to the cancelled game in order to exchange tickets. No refunds will be issued.

If you are finished, click the Logout button near the top of the screen to log out of your account. Once the tickets are accepted, rejected, or go unclaimed you will receive an e-mail. When the tickets are accepted by the recipient, the season ticket holder should destroy the original tickets as their barcode has been deactivated and the tickets are no longer valid. |
