Cal Athletics tickets will be distributed through mobile delivery and is accessible through your smartphone's digital wallet. Mobile ticketing allows for faster delivery of your tickets, contactless transactions at gates, and more flexibility to manage your tickets on your time. Mobile tickets cannot be downloaded from your desktop (or iPad unless you plan on bringing your device to the game).

  Activate Your Account

Patrons that have an account with the ticket office but have not yet signed in may link their existing account using their email address for use on eVenue.

  1. Login to you Cal Athletics ticket account at CalBears.com/myaccount
    • If the email is already associated with an existing account, the “Account Found” screen will appear.
    • Click “Send Me a Code”
  2. A 6-digit verification code will arrive to the inbox for the email associated with the patron's account
    • The code expires ten minutes after it arrives.
    • In the event that the code expires, patron can select "Resend Code" to receive a new 6-digit code.
  3. Input the 6-digit verification code and hit "Verify."
    • The patron can either create a password or choose to continue without a password.     
    • The patron is still signed in if they choose to continue without a password. They can choose to create a password when signed in, at the next sign-in, or they may verify their account using the one-time passcode.

  Access Your Tickets 

Step 1Download California Golden Bears app on App Store or Google Play.
Step 2Skip initial login option. The app login is separate from your CalBears.com tickets account.
Step 3Select the Tickets menu on the bottom. Then select Manage tickets.
Step 4Login with your Cal Athletics ticket account
Step 5Once logged in, select a game from “My Upcoming Events”
Step 6Add tickets to wallet and enjoy the game! You can all tickets at once or just single tickets
Step 1You will receive an email from ato@berkeley.edu with the subject Your Cal Mobile Tickets Are Ready to Download. Click on the link for the game you want to add to your phone.
Step 2Tap the button to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App. Tickets will be saved on your phone for easy access.

For Apple Wallet – Tap the Add button to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet. On event day, your iPhone will notify you on your home screen with a quick access notification icon. Your ticket can be found in your Wallet app on your iPhone.

For Google Pay – Tap Save to Phone and your pass will save to your Google account. You can access your ticket(s) in the Google Pay App on event. Your ticket can be found in your GPay app on your phone.

Step 1Log-in to your account at CalBears.com/myaccount
Step 2Click the three lines in the upper right hand corner, and select My Account.
Step 3A list of your tickets will appear. Tap the link of the game that you wish to save.
Step 4Tap the button to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App. Tickets will be saved on your phone for easy access. Now you can click the Add All button to add all your tickets for the same game into your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App all at once!
Step 5

  Transfer Your Tickets

Step 1Login to your account at CalBears.com/myaccount
Step 2Click the three lines in the upper right hand corner, and select My Account.
Step 3Click Transfer Tickets or select the game you wish to transfer and click Transfer.
Step 4Select the game you are transferring tickets from, and then select the tickets you are wanting to transfer. Click Continue at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5Enter the cell phone number of the person you would like to transfer the tickets to. Click Review Transfer at the bottom of the screen.
Step 6Once you have reviewed that the recipients phone number and ticket information are correct, click Transfer Tickets at the bottom of the screen.
Step 7You will see a confirmation screen once the transfer has been sent.

 

 

Step 1Login to your account at CalBears.com/myaccount
Step 2Click on My Account on the top menu, then Manage My Account on the dropdown menu.
Step 3Click on the Transfer button under My Tickets.
Step 4Games with tickets available for forwarding will be listed. Check the box for the game of your choice. Click on the Next button.
Step 5Check boxes next to each ticket you would like to forward. Under the Transfer Recipient section, fill in the information of the person you will be forwarding your tickets to (case sensitive). Click the Next button at the button of the screen.
Step 6

Confirm the information listed on the Transfer Review screen is correct, and then click the Yes, Make Transfer button.

If you would like to forward additional tickets, click on the Go Back to Account button at the bottom of the screen, and repeat the transfer process. If you are finished, click the Logout button near the top of the screen to log out of your account.

Once the tickets are accepted, rejected, or go unclaimed you will receive an e-mail. When the tickets are accepted by the recipient, the season ticket holder should destroy the original tickets as their barcode has been deactivated and the tickets are no longer valid.

Step 1You will receive a text message saying that your friend is sending you tickets. Click on the link in the text message to accept.
Step 2Click Accept Transfer.
Step 3If you already have an CalBears.com account, sign in as a Returning Online Customer using your email address/Account Number and password.
Step 4Click on the icon to Add to Your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
Step 5Click Add to save to your Apple Wallet or Save to save the ticket to your Google Pay Account.
Step 1Ticket forwarding recipients will receive an email from ato@berkeley.edu with the subject line Cal Ticket Forwarding Invitation. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder. Once you find and open this email, click on the Accept link at the bottom of the email to proceed.
Step 2At the bottom of the screen, enter in the email address from which you received the invitation and click Accept.
Step 3

If you already have an CalBears.com account, sign in as a Returning Online Customer using your email address/Account Number and password.

If you do not have an online ticketing account, you must create one by clicking Register in the New Online Customer section and filling in your contact information.

Step 4Once you are logged in to your account, the forwarded tickets will appear in your shopping cart. Select the delivery method which you would like the tickets delivered and click Check Out.
Step 5On the Enter Payment screen, click Place Your Order in the lower right hand side. There is no payment required, but you must click this button for the transfer to process.
Step 6If you select mobile delivery, you will receive an email from ato@berkeley.edu with the subject line Your Cal Mobile Tickets Are Ready to Download. Click on the link and then add the tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
