Cal Athletics Mobile Tickets

Cal Athletics tickets will be distributed through mobile delivery and is accessible through your smartphone's digital wallet. Mobile ticketing allows for faster delivery of your tickets, contactless transactions at gates, and more flexibility to manage your tickets on your time. Mobile tickets cannot be downloaded from your desktop (or iPad unless you plan on bringing your device to the game).

Activate Your Account

Patrons that have an account with the ticket office but have not yet signed in may link their existing account using their email address for use on eVenue.

Login to you Cal Athletics ticket account at CalBears.com/myaccount
- If the email is already associated with an existing account, the “Account Found” screen will appear.
- Click “Send Me a Code”
A 6-digit verification code will arrive to the inbox for the email associated with the patron's account
- The code expires ten minutes after it arrives.
- In the event that the code expires, patron can select "Resend Code" to receive a new 6-digit code.
Input the 6-digit verification code and hit "Verify."
- The patron can either create a password or choose to continue without a password.
- The patron is still signed in if they choose to continue without a password. They can choose to create a password when signed in, at the next sign-in, or they may verify their account using the one-time passcode.

Step 1	Download California Golden Bears app on App Store or Google Play.
Step 2	Skip initial login option. The app login is separate from your CalBears.com tickets account.
Step 3	Select the Tickets menu on the bottom. Then select Manage tickets.
Step 4	Login with your Cal Athletics ticket account
Step 5	Once logged in, select a game from “My Upcoming Events”
Step 6	Add tickets to wallet and enjoy the game! You can all tickets at once or just single tickets

You will receive an email from ato@berkeley.edu with the subject Your Cal Mobile Tickets Are Ready to Download. Click on the link for the game you want to add to your phone.

For Apple Wallet – Tap the Add button to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet. On event day, your iPhone will notify you on your home screen with a quick access notification icon. Your ticket can be found in your Wallet app on your iPhone.

For Google Pay – Tap Save to Phone and your pass will save to your Google account. You can access your ticket(s) in the Google Pay App on event. Your ticket can be found in your GPay app on your phone.

Step 4	Tap the button to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App. Tickets will be saved on your phone for easy access. Now you can click the Add All button to add all your tickets for the same game into your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App all at once!

Step 1	Login to your account at CalBears.com/myaccount
Step 2	Click the three lines in the upper right hand corner, and select My Account.
Step 3	Click Transfer Tickets or select the game you wish to transfer and click Transfer.
Step 4	Select the game you are transferring tickets from, and then select the tickets you are wanting to transfer. Click Continue at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5	Enter the cell phone number of the person you would like to transfer the tickets to. Click Review Transfer at the bottom of the screen.
Step 6	Once you have reviewed that the recipients phone number and ticket information are correct, click Transfer Tickets at the bottom of the screen.
Step 7	You will see a confirmation screen once the transfer has been sent.

Step 1	Login to your account at CalBears.com/myaccount
Step 2	Click on My Account on the top menu, then Manage My Account on the dropdown menu.
Step 3	Click on the Transfer button under My Tickets.
Step 4	Games with tickets available for forwarding will be listed. Check the box for the game of your choice. Click on the Next button.
Step 5	Check boxes next to each ticket you would like to forward. Under the Transfer Recipient section, fill in the information of the person you will be forwarding your tickets to (case sensitive). Click the Next button at the button of the screen.
Step 6	Confirm the information listed on the Transfer Review screen is correct, and then click the Yes, Make Transfer button. If you would like to forward additional tickets, click on the Go Back to Account button at the bottom of the screen, and repeat the transfer process. If you are finished, click the Logout button near the top of the screen to log out of your account. Once the tickets are accepted, rejected, or go unclaimed you will receive an e-mail. When the tickets are accepted by the recipient, the season ticket holder should destroy the original tickets as their barcode has been deactivated and the tickets are no longer valid.

Step 1	You will receive a text message saying that your friend is sending you tickets. Click on the link in the text message to accept.

Step 3	If you already have an CalBears.com account, sign in as a Returning Online Customer using your email address/Account Number and password.
Step 4	Click on the icon to Add to Your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
Step 5	Click Add to save to your Apple Wallet or Save to save the ticket to your Google Pay Account.

Step 1	Ticket forwarding recipients will receive an email from ato@berkeley.edu with the subject line Cal Ticket Forwarding Invitation. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder. Once you find and open this email, click on the Accept link at the bottom of the email to proceed.
Step 2	At the bottom of the screen, enter in the email address from which you received the invitation and click Accept.
Step 3	If you already have an CalBears.com account, sign in as a Returning Online Customer using your email address/Account Number and password. If you do not have an online ticketing account, you must create one by clicking Register in the New Online Customer section and filling in your contact information.
Step 4	Once you are logged in to your account, the forwarded tickets will appear in your shopping cart. Select the delivery method which you would like the tickets delivered and click Check Out.
Step 5	On the Enter Payment screen, click Place Your Order in the lower right hand side. There is no payment required, but you must click this button for the transfer to process.
Step 6	If you select mobile delivery, you will receive an email from ato@berkeley.edu with the subject line Your Cal Mobile Tickets Are Ready to Download. Click on the link and then add the tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

There are 2 options to access tickets: via My Account 2.0 and via a link in an email.
My Account: Use your smartphone to log in to your season ticket account at CalBears.com/myaccount. Your tickets will be listed under My Tickets. Tap each one and add them to Google Pay or Apple Wallet.
Email: An email will be sent that will contain a link to access the tickets. Open the email on your smartphone and tap the link to access the tickets and add them to Google Pay or Apple Wallet.
With either option, your tickets will stay with you on your smartphone. Simply open your digital wallet prior to approaching the gate and then the tickets will be scanned directly from your smartphone at the gate.
My Account 2.0 is the enhanced online mobile ticket account manager at CalBears.com which can also be accessed at CalBears.com/myaccount. This upgrade will enhance the user experience and provide a more intuitive self-service feature. Season ticket holders will be able to use their smartphone to view upcoming events, download tickets to their digital wallet, transfer tickets to multiple recipients via text message, and post tickets for resale on StubHub.
A smartphone is required to use mobile tickets. If you do not own a smartphone, but someone you are attending the game with does, you can use that person’s smartphone to access your tickets to enter the stadium. If you do not own a smartphone, nor does anyone in your party, please contact the Cal Gold Standard Ticket Sales and Services team at (800) GO-BEARS to discuss alternative options.
No, mobile tickets printed on paper cannot be scanned and therefore will not be accepted at the gate. Mobile tickets on a smartphone are the only acceptable tickets at the gate.

Use your smartphone to log in to your season ticket account at CalBears.com/myaccount. Once logged in, you will find all of your active tickets for the season listed under “My Tickets”.
If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guests to arrive at your own convenience. Via My Account 2.0, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter their cell phone number. They will receive a text message instructing them to accept the tickets. They will need to log into their Cal account or simply create an account for new customers to accept their tickets. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add the ticket to their phone.
Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone’s digital wallet. We highly encourage that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.
The Ticket Office will have staff at each gate to help assist with any ticketing issues. Mobile Assistance Booths will be available at Gate 1, Gate 2, and Gate 5. The North Ticket Office and South Ticket Office can also assist with any issues.

Most parking with be sent via Print-at-Home. You should print out the parking pass ahead of time to display on your dash, however the pass can be scanned directly off your phone as well. For parking lots that are on road closure streets, you’ll receive a traditional parking hangtag via mail ahead of the season. Fans are encouraged to visit the official Cal Bears Baseball page for game postponements, cancellations or other contingencies due to weather.
Cancelled game(s): If a game is cancelled (or rescheduled), ticket holders may exchange their original ticket for a ticket to a future regular season game, subject to availability. Fans may exchange tickets at the Stu Gordon Stadium ticket box office on Gameday or on the mobile calbears app. Ticket holders must present the original ticket to the cancelled game in order to exchange tickets. No refunds will be issued.
