General comments:
"Pruitt came out early like he did against Stanford and just knocked down shots. We made adjustments on him in the second half but the matchups were too late."

On Cal's defense:
"We didn't get it done defensively today. We're not playing as hard as we have. If you want to measure how we played, look at the defensive end. This game was all about defense. When we play it, we're a good team."

On USC's inside game:
"We allowed their big guys to get their post positions and they got the job done. McMillan willed himself inside."
