Cross Country: Competing for the Bears in fall of 2006, the San Jose State transfer ran a 18:44.40 to take 11th at the USF Invitational...was 57th (22:29.13) at the Pac-10 Championships...while at San Jose State, was named Academic All-WAC and a San Jose State Scholar-Athlete.
Track: In her first year competing on the track and field squad, PRed in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Big Meet (11:42.03) and in the 5000-meter run at the Stanford Invitational (18:09.56).
High School: A 2004 graduate of Prospect High School in Saratoga, Calif...lettered in cross country and track and field (Coach Tom Smith)...three-time all-league selection in cross country and a two-time all-league selection in track and field.
Personal: Born in Glendale, Calif...mother is Kim Long...sociology, social welfare and psychology major.
