Cal-Saint Mary's Postgame Notes

  • Cal shot a perfect 12-12 from the charity stripe, the fourth time in school history (min. 10 attempts). Cal also shot 100.0 percent in 2013 (vs.Colorado, 10-10), in 2010 (at ASU, 14-14) and in 2007 (at Oregon, 12-12).
  • 4 Bears scored in double figures -- Justice Sueing (16), Matt Bradley (15), Paris Austin (12), and Darius McNeill (11).
  • Bradley matched his career-high 15 points and scored in double figures for the third consecutive game after scoring 15 against Santa Clara on Monday. His clip against Saint Mary's included a 3-3 line from beyond the arc. He has hit at least one three in every game this year, and has scored in double figures in all but one game.
  • After scoring two points in the first half, Bradley scored 11 of Cal's first 13 second-half points.
  • Bradley also recorded a career-high 2 blocked shots -- his first blocks since the season opener against Yale on Nov. 9.
  • Austin has now scored in double figures in every game this season.
  • McNeill went 1-for-5 from three-point range, his fourth outing in six games with at least one three-pointer.
  • Cal gave up 13 three-pointers, a season-high. The Bears previously gave up a season-high 9 three-pointers to both Temple (Nov. 20) and Yale (Nov. 9).
