Big Second Half Lifts Bears To 88-80 Victory

  • Darius McNeill scored a season-high 22 points, with all but five coming in the second half. He also tied his season high with five 3-pointers (also vs. St. John's). His previous scoring high this year was 21 points against St. John's.
  • Andre Kelly posted his first career double-double, finishing with 21 points and 10 rebounds. His 21 points bettered his old best of 17 points vs. USF, while his rebound total matched his career high (also vs. Yale).
  • Paris Austin dished out a career-high 11 assists (with 0 turnovers). His previous best was nine vs. San Diego State. The last Cal player with 11 assists was Sam Singer vs. Oregon on Feb. 11, 2016.
  • As a team, Cal had a season-best 20 assists.
