  • Cal used its fourth different starting lineup this season, with Juhwan Harris-Dyson earning his first start of the year. Starters: Paris Austin, Darius McNeill, Harris-Dyson, Justice Sueing and Andre Kelly.
  • Connor Vanover returned to action after suffering a broken nose and concussion on Dec. 15 vs Cal Poly.
  • Vanover, who had a career-high 7 points in 11 minutes against Cal Poly before suffering his injuries, marked his return by setting a career-high 10 points (4-7 FG, 2-4 3P).
  • Vanover also finished with career-high 3 blocks, all coming in the first half.
  • Despite hitting all free-throw attempts in the first half, Cal finished the evening going 9-13 from the stripe, matching the team's lowest mark this season.
  • Four Golden Bears scored in double figures – Sueing 16 (9 points in the second half), Matt Bradley 14 (8 points in the second half, Austin 13 (7 points in the second half), and Vanover 10 (8 in the second half).
  • Sueing finished the game with a team-high 11 rebounds (6 coming in the second half), setting a new career-high and notching the first double-double of his career.
