Bears Win Second Straight, 76-69, Over WSU

  • With today's win over Washington State, Cal has won back-to-back game Pac-12 games for the first time since downing Oregon State (67-62) and Utah (78-75) on March 8-9, 2017, in the Pac-12 Tournament.
  • Four Bears scored in double figures – Darius McNeill (17), Paris Austin (12), Justice Sueing (10) and Connor Vanover (10).
  • With one 3-pointer against WSU, Darius McNeill moved up to a tie for ninth place on Cal's single-season list, now with 65. He has also made at least one 3-pointer in 13 consecutive games.
  • Matt Bradley matched his career high with 6 assists (also vs. Stanford Feb. 3).
  • At halftime, Cal had outscored Washington State 16-0 in points off turnovers and 26-4 in points in the paint. The Bears ended the game with a 30-6 advantage in points off turnovers and totaled 46 points in the paint.
  • The Bears held a 41-29 lead at the break, their largest halftime advantage since having 31-19 edge over Santa Clara on Nov. 26
