SAN FRANCISCO – Cal will host a pair of Saturday afternoon games over the first three weeks of the 2019 season with visits from UC Davis (Aug. 31, 3:30 pm PT) and North Texas (Sept. 14, 1:15 pm PT). The first meeting between Cal-UC Davis since 2010 will be televised by Pac-12 Networks, while either Pac-12 Networks or Pac-12 Bay Area will air Cal's first game ever against North Texas. The third Cal home contest of the campaign Sept. 27 against Arizona State will be a nationally-televised Friday night contest kicking off on ESPN at 7:30 pm PT.

The Golden Bears also learned the television networks for their first two road games at defending Pac-12 champion Washington (FS1) and Ole Miss (ESPN). Cal will kick off its Pac-12 schedule on the earliest date since 2018 in Husky Stadium at 7:30 pm PT, while the start time for the Bears' first visit to Oxford will be announced either 12 or six days in advance.

All Cal football games will be televised again in 2019 with kickoff times and network television information for Cal's remaining contests to be announced by the Pac-12 either 12 or six days in advance of each game.

In addition to Cal's three September home games, the Bears will host Pac-12 foes Oregon State (Oct. 19), Washington State (Nov. 9) and USC (Nov. 16) with Homecoming against the Beavers while the USC contest will serve as the annual Joe Roth Game and Senior Day.

Cal's road games in October and November include Pac-12 trips to Oregon (Oct. 5), Utah (Oct. 26), Stanford (Nov. 23) and UCLA (Nov. 30).

With 14 Saturdays in the 2019 regular-season schedule period, each team has two byes with Cal's on Oct. 12 and Nov. 2.

All 12 of Cal's regular-season games other than the Friday night Arizona State contest are on Saturdays.
