SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Cal head coach Justin Wilcox will be joined by senior defensive end Luc Bequette and junior offensive lineman Jake Curhan at the Bay Area College Football Kickoff Celebration on Tuesday at Levi's® Stadium. The event begins at Noon PT and will celebrate the kickoff of the 2019 college football season and the 150th anniversary of college football.

A special panel will look back at the history of college football in the Bay Area while Wilcox and his head coaching colleagues in the Bay Area at Stanford (David Shaw) and San Jose State (Brent Brennan) will preview their upcoming 2019 campaigns. The three head coaches and two student-athletes from each school will also meet with members of the media.

San Jose State holds its first practice this Wednesday followed by Cal and Stanford on Friday.
