  • Starters -- Joel Brown, Kareem South, Matt Bradley, Grant Anticevich, Lars Thiemann
  • Matt Bradley scored 17 points. He has scored in double figures in all but one game this season.
  • D.J. Thorpe pulled down a career-high 9 rebounds. He's also coming off a career-high 9 points at USC on Thursday.
  • Paris Austin matched his career high of 8 rebounds, which he set on Dec. 20, 2015 against Bradley while he was at Boise State. His previous season-best was 6 boards at USF on Dec. 4.
  • UCLA led by as many as 8 points in the first half, but Cal cut the lead down to one point, 22-21, at halftime.
  • The Bears went 11 minutes without a single point in the second half, from 16:55 to 5:55. Grant Anticevich's layup at 16:55 of the second half gave the Bears a 25-24 lead before the Bruins went on a 14-0 run. Bradley's jumper at 5:55 stopped the run.
