Cal Football To Host Virtual Fan Fest Saturday

Fans Can Interact With Exclusive Content On The Cal Athletics Facebook Page

BERKELEY - Cal Athletics has announced a new initiative to bring people together, a 2020 Virtual Fan Fest. With so many people stuck at home, Cal Athletics is looking to bring exclusive content and in-person interviews right to fans' fingertips. This Saturday, May 9th, starting at 12:00 p.m. PT Cal will host a Virtual Fan Fest on the Cal Athletics Facebook page.

The Virtual Fan Fest is an effort for fans to come together, show their school spirit and get behind-the-scenes content with other members of the Cal community. The Fan Fest will feature behind-the-scenes videos as well as interviews with Cal Football coaches, Pac-12 Network analyst Yogi Roth and Cal athletic director Jim Knowlton. The Cal football coaches who will be participating include former Cal wide receiver and current wide receivers coach Burl Toler III. Toler III hails from a family of Cal graduates and is entering his third season as a coach for the Bears.
