"I am grateful to Jim Knowlton for this opportunity and am excited to be a member of the Cal family," Everett said. "Jim has assembled a great group of leaders that have a shared vision for success. I look forward to bringing my knowledge of marketing and overall business acumen to the team. I'm ready to get started in the Bay Area with this incredible group of staff, coaches, student-athletes, fans and supporters."

Everett also serves as third vice president for the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA) and leads the external operations circle for Women Leaders In College Sports.
