The California lacrosse team unveiled its 2024 schedule Tuesday in conjunction with the Pac-12 Networks' announcement of its spring broadcast slate. Cal will host nine of its 15 games and a scrimmage at California Memorial Stadium with the season opener set for Feb. 9 against Akron.

The Golden Bears will follow a Feb. 2 home scrimmage against Dominican and their season opener with a trip to the East Coast for games at Le Moyne (Feb. 15) and Cornell (Feb. 17) before staying in Berkeley for the remainder of non-conference play with a five-game homestand against Lindenwood (Feb. 23), St. Bonaventure (Feb. 29), Army (March 6), Winthrop (March 10) and Butler (March 12).

With the additions of San Diego State and UC Davis giving the Pac-12 Conference eight teams in 2024, the league has moved to a single round-robin scheduling format for the first time, with teams playing a single contest each week during a seven-game conference schedule. Cal begins its conference slate at Oregon on March 16 and will also make trips to USC (March 31) and Arizona State (April 6), as well as Stanford (April 27) for the regular-season finale.

Cal hosts Colorado in its conference home opener March 23 and will also welcome both Pac-12 newcomers with back-to-back games against UC Davis (April 13) and San Diego State (April 20) to wrap up its home schedule.

All regular-season Pac-12 games are on Saturdays other than a Sunday contest against USC that will be televised by Pac-12 Network. Cal will also have its regular-season games against Arizona State, San Diego State and Stanford televised by the Pac-12 Network. In addition, each game of the Pac-12 Championship, hosted by USC on May 1-4, will also be televised by the Pac-12 Network.

"We are looking forward to the 2024 season and the continued growth of the Cal lacrosse program, and we are excited for the addition of UC Davis and San Diego State in this final year of the Pac-12," second-year head coach Jennifer Wong said. "Playing every conference opponent once will be a big change to previous seasons and allowed us more flexibility in non-conference scheduling."
