Former Cal Standout Has Made 16 Appearances For Team USA In 2022-23

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Former California field hockey player Megan Rodgers will make her 17th appearance with Team USA this week when the United States participates in the Hobart FIH Tournament in Hobart, Australia.
 
The FIH Hockey Pro League is an annual global league involving field hockey's best men's and women's national teams. For the 2022-23 season on, matches will be played in "mini tournaments", where several teams will gather in one venue to play two matches against each other.
 
The full schedule for the Hobart FIH Tournament can be viewed here. Team USA opens competition on Tuesday against Australia at 7:10 a.m. PT. Fans can stream all FIH Hockey Pro League games on Watch.Hockey.  

Rodgers played for Cal from 2017-19 and led the Golden Bears in scoring all three years. This marks the second-consecutive year she has been named to the U.S. Women's National Team.
 
Rodgers ended her collegiate career following her junior campaign in 2019. She ranks fourth in career goals (43) and fifth in career points (87) in program history. The San Diego native was a three-time America East All-Conference selection and was twice tabbed to the NFHCA All-West Region First Team.
