BERKELEY – The No. 1 California men's rowing team will take on No. 9 Stanford in the Big Row at the Redwood Shores in Redwood City on Saturday. Going back to 1902, this marks the 88^th all-time meeting between the programs with the Golden Bears owning a 69-19 series advantage and having won eight straight matchups.

Cal will race its varsity eight and second varsity eight against the Cardinal and both races will be streamed on the Cal live stream here.

The second varsity eight will kick things off at 9 a.m. followed by the varsity eight at 9:10 a.m.

The Bears are coming off a successful trip to the Pacific Northwest last Saturday, where they defeated No. 3 Washington to retain the coveted Schoch Cup. Cal took four out of five races with the V8+, 2V8+, 4V8+ and freshmen 8+ all claiming victories.

This will be the final race before the team heads to the Pac-12 Championships in Oregon on May 14.
