The 2024 California men's gymnastics squad landed 14 men on the College Gymnastics Association's (CGA) Academic All-America list Tuesday, surpassing the previous year's total by one. As a team, the Golden Bears posted an average GPA of 3.28, also an improvement on the 2023 season.
 
Then-seniors Noah Newfeld and Chris Scales each earned CGA Academic All-America honors in all four years of their collegiate careers, while graduates Yu-Chen Lee and Noah Sano picked up their fifth and fourth such recognitions, respectively. All four were named to the Academic All-America First Team along with six additional teammates who recorded GPAs of 3.5 or above, while the second-team honorees finished the year with GPAs in the 3.2-3.499 range.
