Klompmaker Named To NFHCA All-Region Team
Sophomore Forward Honored For Second Straight Year

Liz Klompmaker has been named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-Region First Team for the second straight year, the organization announced on Wednesday morning.
This is also the second postseason recognition for Klompmaker, as she was named to her second straight All-ACC First Team in November.
Klompmaker finished the 2025 season ranked fourth in the ACC in goals (16) and third in shots (77). She had three multi-score games this season, including two games with three goals scored. In the win against Stanford to close out the season, she scored twice to move into a tie for ninth place on Cal's all-time career goals list.
Klompmaker scored a goal in 11 of 16 games played this season and was named the ACC Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 14 for the second time in her career after scoring the game-winning goal in the upset win over No. 5 Syracuse.
