Moes Scores Two More Goals For Cal
CLEMSON, S.C. – Emily Moes scored two goals to increase her team-leading total to 31 but the California lacrosse team fell to No. 16 Clemson 19-3 in ACC action on Saturday.
Courtney Wong assisted on a pair of goals and Avery Hoeft also added a score for the Golden Bears (5-7, 0-6), who finished off a 12-day, four-game road trip with a 2-2 record.
Moes led Cal with five shots while goalie Chloe Rand made 10 saves in three quarters of action.
The Bears return to California Memorial Stadium next Saturday when they host No. 7 Syracuse on Senior Day.
