Five California men's gymnasts received 2025 All-MPSF recognition Monday after the Golden Bears posted their highest team score of the season at the MPSF Championships.

The All-MPSF team is composed of each squad's highest-scoring gymnast (plus one additional at-large selection regardless of team) on each event, including the all-around, at the championship meet.

Theodor Roald Gadderud was named All-MPSF on rings, parallel bars and the all-around, taking bronze in the second event and silver in the latter. He leads the team with four career All-MPSF honors, having also earned a parallel bars selection in 2023.

Jasper Smith-Gordon earned his second-straight All-MPSF nod on vault after winning the conference title last Saturday, becoming Cal's first MPSF champion since 2018 and its first vault champion since 1987. Aidan Li also notched his second-consecutive conference honor on pommel horse, taking third place to finish on the podium for the second year in a row.

Underclassmen Matteo Bardana and Carter Kim also picked up their first All-MPSF selections on floor and high bar, respectively. Bardana was the only freshman from any team at the meet to be named all-conference.

The Bears will return to action next week at the NCAA Championships in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with the first qualifying session scheduled for 10 a.m. PT on April 18. Should the team advance to the final, they will compete again the next day at 6 p.m. PT.
