Adora Liu shoots an Even Par 71 to Lead the Bears

PALOS VERDES - California women's golf opened their 2026 spring season Sunday in round one of the Therese Hession Regional Challenge. Senior Adora Liu shot an even par 71 in the first round, finishing the day in seventh place.
 
However, the rest of the Bears lineup struggled as freshman Michelle Woo ended the day in 73rd place after shooting an 8-over 79, while Anna Molloy and Jasmine Kahler ended the day in a tie for 77th place shooting a 9-over par 80. Junior Constance Fouillet rounded out the pack shooting a 12-over par 83.
 
The Bears currently sit in 16th place and will begin round two tomorrow at 10:36 a.m. PT.
