CABO SAN LUCAS, Mexico - California sophomore Ziqin Zhou shot a 1-over par 72 on Monday and is in a tie for second place individually after the second round of the Cabo Collegiate.
 
After almost breaking the 18-hole course record on Sunday with a 7-under 64,Zhou is now at 6-under par for the tournament, 12 strokes off the lead. Freshman Trevor Cox also shot a 1-over 72 on Monday.
 
As a team, the Golden Bears shot a 12-over par Monday and are in 12th place in the team standings at 10-over par for the tournament.
 
Freshman Xihuan Chang and redshirt-sophomore Sihao Cong each carded a 5-over 76 on Monday.
 
Host Arkansas leads the field at 17-under par.
 
The Bears will resume action tomorrow for the final round at 7:30 a.m. PT on Tuesday.
