Bears Bound For Big Row
No. 2 Cal To Take On No. 5 Stanford In Regular-Season Finale
The regular-season finale in Redwood Shores will be a top-5 matchup between the No. 2 California men's rowing team and No. 5 Stanford on Saturday morning. The action will begin at 9 a.m. PT, with alternating races between the men's and women's squads from Cal and Stanford.
Live results will be posted here, while fans can also

The Golden Bears have won the last 11 consecutive Big Rows. Last year, only the first and second varsity eights duked it out on the waters of Redwood Shores. Cal cruised to both victories, winning by a margin of over nine seconds in each race. This year, the first through third varsity eights are scheduled to race.
Cal is coming off a top-two showdown with No. 1 Washington in Redwood Shores last weekend, in what was the 114th edition of The Dual between the rival programs. The Huskies retained the Schoch Cup with a win in the varsity eight race, in addition to clinching the 2V8+ contest, while Cal's freshman eight dominated the battle of the novice boats and the Bears' 4V8+ and 3V8+ also notched victories over Washington. It was the first defeat of the season for Cal's varsity eight. The Bears' 3V8+ received MPSF Crew of the Week honors for its photo-finish victory over the Huskies.
