Biography
Cal Success:
- Appeared in one match in 2018 and recorded a steal against Harvard on Sept. 15.
- Did not play in 2017.
- Scored nine goals as a sophomore in 2016 and helped the Bears win their 14th national title.
- Had a strong start to the season, scoring a career-high three goals on Sept. 18 against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.
- Recorded goals against Princeton, Cal Baptist (2), Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (3), Whittier and Long Beach State (2).
- Made an immediate impact as a true freshman in 2015, ranking 11th on the team with 16 goals.
- Also had 11 steals, nine assists, 4 field blocks and two ejections earned in 2015.
- Scored first collegiate goal on Sept. 5 against Cal Baptist at the Triton Invitational.
- Scored season-high three goals in 17-8 win over San Jose State on Sept. 26 and equaled the feat on Nov. 8 at home against Pepperdine.
- Contributed a big goal in Cal's 7-5 semifinal win over Pacific at the MPSF Tournament.
- Also earned ACWPC All-Academic honors in 2015.
High School/National Team/Club Success:
- Two-time state MVP (2014, 2015) for St. Mark's High School in Dallas. Four-time all-region selection was also a two-time first team All-America choice ('14, '15).
- Member of the USA men's youth national team in 2014.
- Played for the Lamorinda Water Polo Club under former Cal players Trent Calder and Clarke Tamariki.
- Was also a four-time all-league selection in volleyball at St. Mark's.
Personal:
- Honor roll student all four years at St. Mark's graduated as an AP scholar with distinctions. Also earned an award for excellence in film studies.
- Intended film studies major with a pre-Haas School of Business track.
