- As a senior, named recipient of the 2020 Honda Sport Award for swimming, given to the National Swimmer of the Year
- A finalist for the 2019 AAU Sullivan Award presented to the nation's outstanding amateur athlete
- Received the 2020 Tom Hansen Conference Medal as the top senior female student-athlete at Cal
- Lowered her American record in the 50 free at the Minnesota Invitational in December 2019 with a time of 20.90 to become the first woman ever under 21 seconds n the event
- Completed her Cal career with school records in the 50 free (20.90) and 100 free (46.35) while also ranking third in school history in the 200 free (1:41.97) and 10th in the 100 breast (1:00.43). - At the 2019 Pac-12 Championships, broke the Pac-12 record in the 50 free with her winning time of 21.16, while her 100 free time of 46.25 was a school record and lowered the Pac-12 meet record. Also won the 200 free in a PR 1:41.97.

- Earned a pair of medals at the 2016 Olympics in Rio - a silver in the 400m free relay and a gold in the 400m medley relay
- In the 400m free relay, helped the U.S. team to an American-record time of 3:31.89, while she swam a leg in the prelims in the medley relay to secure a medal
- Individually, placed seventh in the 100m free (53.30) and 12th in the 50m free (24.67)

- Won a bronze medal as part of the 400m free relay at the 2015 World Championships

- Earned a berth on the U.S. team for the 2017 World Championships in Budapest based on her runner-up finish in the 50m free (24.74) at Phillips 66 Nationals. Also placed 10th in the 100m free (54.09), 44th in the 200m free (2:03.14) and 34th in the 50m breast (32.59) at nationals
- Set the American record in the 50y free in 2016 (21.12)
- Captured the 50m (24.28) and 100m free (53.28) at the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials to earn her spot for the team in Rio
- Set an American record in the 100y free leading off the 400y free relay at 2014 Winter Junior Nationals
- Secured a spot on the 2014 U.S. Pan Pac team with a fourth-place finish in the 100m free
