California Golden Bears - Men's Water Polo

Three Bears Named All-Americans and All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Teams

The No. 4 ranked California men's water polo team, which finished 22-6 overall and third in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Tournament this season, had three members selected to both the All-American and All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation teams.

Senior Brent Albright became a four-time All-American when he was selected first team All-American and first team All-MPSF. Albright finished his Cal career having scored 178 points.

Junior Brad Kittredge earned second team All-America honors and was a second team All-MPSF selection for the second year in a row. Kittredge finished third on the team in scoring this year with 35 goals.

Senior Peter Stern was named third team All-American and was a third team All-MPSF pick for the second year in a row. Stern scored 24 points for the Bears this season and finished his career with 78 points.

In the history of NCAA water polo, Cal has won 11 national titles, more than any other school in the nation.
