Junior (2010): Became the sixth Golden Bear to break the four-minute mile (and fourth since 2007) when he was timed in 3:59.42 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational ... the mark puts him fifth on Cal's all-time performer list in the event ... the first Cal runner to capture the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Pac-10 Championships, winning in a PR 8:40.60 (#3 at Cal) ... took sixth in the steeple at the NCAA meet in 8:44.06 - the first Bear to place in the event since Bob Price was fifth in 1967 ... claimed the steeple at the Big Meet in a meet-record 8:48.32 ... also put himself in Cal's Top 10 in the 5000 with a best of 14:01.06 ... ran 3:46.96 in the 1500 at the Stanford Outdoor Opener, Cal's No. 2 time of the year, and had a PR 8:31.11 in the 3000 ... during the indoor season, PR'd in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:08.93 (#7 at Cal).
