Brandon Brenseke is in his second season with the Golden Bears in 2018-19, rising from video intern in the 2018 season to his current position of video coordinator.
Brenseke assists the program’s video team by compiling game and scout film, creating player and team footage, developing scouting reports and producing recruiting material.
Prior to arriving in Berkeley, he was a student manager for the University of Illinois’ men’s basketball team, where he developed personnel edits, assisted with scouting and stat reports, filmed practices and assisted in individual and team skill workouts.
Brenseke has served as a counselor and coach at Cal and Illinois basketball camps, as well as at the Brentwood Summer Camp in Los Angeles, Calif.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Illinois in May 2017.
