2025: Raced at the Kim Duyst Twilight Invitational, finishing the 6k in 22:33.0.

2024: Did not compete.

TRACK & FIELD
2025 (Outdoor): Raced in five meets for the Bears… at the Mt. SAC Relays, finished the 800m in 2:16.77… posted a winning PR of 2:09.55 in the 800m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… ran the 800m in 2:09.82 at the Hornet Invitational... ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2025 (Indoor): Raced in five meets for Cal… posted an 800m time of 2:11.38 at the UW Invitational… at the Spokane Indoor Challenge, ran the 800m in 2:14.01… also ran the third leg of the winning 4x400m relay squad (3:47.29) at that meet… finished the 600m in 1:38.28 at the Spokane Sports Showcase.

HIGH SCHOOL: Set the Top Pacers Club 800m record... named All-Diablo Athletic League (DAL) First Team each year from 2022-24... competed at the 2024 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) State Championships after winning the 800m at the North Coast Section (NCS) Finals... also participated on Clayton Valley Charter High School's swim team... was part of the NCS President's List, National Honor Society and California Scholarship Federation... AP Scholar with Distinction.

PERSONAL: Majoring in mechanical engineering... daughter of Niko Lahanas and Samantha Strong... father, Niko, swam for Cal and later for the Greek National Team... mother, Samantha, swam for UCLA... cousin, Mara Lampsas, competed as a heptathlete and high jumper on Cal's track & field team from 2023-25.
