Delaney Heller serves as the Senior Director for Athletics Administration and Department Operations and is in her fourth year working for Cal.
Heller supports Co-Directors of Athletics Jenny Simon-OâNeill and Jay Larson on special projects and supports the departmentâs gender equity efforts. She collaborates
with numerous units across Cal Athletics and is heavily involved in the departmentâs âWomen Leaders of Calâ employee engagement group.
Heller previously served as a sports consultant in Australia.
Heller earned her bachelorâs degree from the University of San Diego, where she played on the Toreros softball team. She also has a masterâs degree in sport management from the University of San Francisco. Heller is originally from Castro Valley.
