Ebony Jackson is an athletics revenue executive with 10+ years of NCAA Division I leadership in ticketing and revenue strategy. Having been part of Cal Athletics for five years, Jackson was recently promoted to Associate Athletics Director, Revenue & Ticket Strategy in July 2026, a role uniting all ticket sales, service, premium seating, and ticket operations under one leadership structure to enhance the fan experience and maximize revenue generation. She previously served as Assistant Athletics Director, External & Revenue Strategy, driving multi-million dollar revenue growth for the department.
She holds an M.A. from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and a B.S. from Troy University, and serves as 1st Vice President of NAATSO.
