A former All-Pac-12 rower at Cal, Korholz has enjoyed tremendous success as an athlete and coach for Team USA. She appeared in three Olympic Games, including winning a silver medal with the Varsity 8 in 2004. Since joining the Team USA coaching staff in 2005, Korholz has led the quadruple sculls to the bronze medal at the 2012 Olympics and won gold at the 2015 World Championships. Last year, Korholz was named to the Pac-12 All-Century Team.
