Bears Look To Set Program Record For Home Wins
The California women's basketball team (23-7, 11-6 ACC) will look for its third ACC home sweep of the season and to set a program record for home wins in a season when it hosts Miami (14-14, 4-13 ACC) on Sunday afternoon at Haas Pavilion at 2 p.m. PT. The Golden Bears' 15 home wins this season are tied the program record which was set in 2012-13.
The game will mark the last conference and home game of the season as the team will honor its graduating class before and after the game. Seniors and grad students that will be celebrated are: Natalia Ackerman, Claudia Langarita, Ioanna Krimili, Jayda Noble, Michelle Onyiah, Marta Suarez and Kayla Williams.
This marks the first-ever meeting between the programs.
Miami is led by first-year head coach Tricia Cullop after spending the previous 16 seasons at Toledo where she was a six-time Mid-American Conference Coach of the Year. The Hurricanes feature three players who average double figures in scoring led by guard Haley Cavinder who averages 18.3 points per game and is second on the team in rebounding at 6.6 rebounds per game.
Sunday's game will be streamed on ACCNX with Ashlee Jones and Chris Sylvester on the call.

- Krimili's 428 career 3-pointers rank 10th on the NCAA's all-time career list. She is just three away from the ninth spot.
- Krimili and Twidale are the best 3-point shooting duo in the nation. Krimili is ranked seventh (91) while Twidale is ranked 12th (83) (through Feb. 28). No other school has a duo who have combined for more made 3-pointers or rank in the top 25.
- Twidale leads all sophomores in the nation in made 3-pointers (through Feb. 28).
- Suarez is 1 of 5 players in the conference to rank in the top 25 in scoring, rebounding and field goal percentage (45.2) during ACC play. Her 18 3-pointers in conference play rank second among the five players.
- Suarez is one of only 13 forwards in the country and only one of three in the ACC shooting at least 46% from the field and 32% from deep (min. 100 3PTA).
- Williams is just one of three players in the nation shooting at least 50.0% from the field, 40.0% from deep and totaling at least 125 assists on the season. The other two are Paige Bueckers (UConn) and Olivia Miles (Notre Dame).
