JACKIE ROBINSON DAY - Cal Baseball is one of many organizations that will celebrate and honor the late Jackie Robinson on April 15. Robinson broke the Major League Baseball color line 78 years ago on April 15, 1947, when he started a game for the Brooklyn Dodgers and became the first African-American to play in the MLB's modern era.
