CROSS COUNTRY 
2018: Competed in four meets for Cal... Made his debut at the Capital Cross Challenge with a time of 25:56.7... Took 52nd place at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 24:38.82... Notched a 103rd place finish at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 31:42.4... Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Second Team for the third straight year. 

2017: Competed in two meets for the Bears in the 2017 season... started his second cross country season with a 142nd finish at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (25:57.7)... recorded a 220th place finish at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (26:09.9)... named to the Pac-12 Second All-Academic Team for the second straight season.   

2016: Competed in five meets for the Bears in the 2016 season … helped Bears place 10^th at the Pre-National Invitational at Indiana State with an 8K time of 25:16.1 … ran a 30:48.9 at NCAA West Regions to push the team to a sixth-place finish and send Cal to back-to-back nationals for the first time since 1981 … named second-team Pac-12 All-Academic.

2015: Did not compete.

TRACK AND FIELD
2019: Recorded a time of 8:52.38 in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational… Entered the NCAA West Prelims ranked 28th in the 3000mSC and finished 30th overall… Took eighth place in the mile at the Pac-12 Championship to score a point for the Bears… Set a personal best of 4:08.93 in the mile at the MPSF Championships… MPSF All-Academic team… Pac-12 All-Academic First Team. 

2018: Earned a spot in the NCAA West Prelims where he took 42nd in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:09.84... Notched 17th place in the steeplechase at the Pac-12 Championship... Claimed a fifth place finish in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational with a season-best time of 8:56.36... Took 20th in the 5000m at the MPSF Championship with a time of 14:32.35... Named a MPSF Scholar-Athlete... Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... Pac-12 All-Academic First Team. 

2017: Claimed 23rd place in the mile at the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championship with a time of 4:14.86 ... Notched an eighth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 9:03.51. 

2016: Finished 8th in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 8:52.68 at the Pac-12 Championships, setting a Cal freshman record in the event, which puts him 10th on Cal’s all-time performers list … placed 33rd in the steeple at the NCAA West Regional meet (9:14.65) … set PRs in four events during the outdoor season: 800m (1:54.73), 1500m (3:53.00), 3000m (8:32.61) and 3000m SC (8:52.68) … named honorable Pac-12 All-Academic.

PERSONAL: Graduated with a degree in nutritional science, physiology and metabolism.
