TRACK & FIELD
2021 (Outdoor): Competed in five outdoor meets… at the Big Meet, ran the 3k in 8:23.06, a personal best… set a new PR in the 5k with a time of 14:18.44 at the Stanford Invitational… posted a personal-best time of 3:58.16 in the 1500m run at the Aztec Invitational.

2020: Competed in the 3,000-meters at the MPSF Championships, crossing the line in 8:23.80.

2019: Did not compete. 

2018: Took 27th at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 15:09.46 in the 5000m... Recorded a PR of 14:28.74 in the 5000m at the Cardinal Classic as he took 11th... Finished third at the Cal Opener in the 3000m with a time of 8:35.76.

CROSS COUNTRY
2020: Ran in two meets for the Bears… at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships, set a PR of 23:53.1 in the 8k… took third place in the Dave Murray Invite with his 8k time of 24:39.8.

2019: Participated in six meets … Helped the Bears claim their second consecutive USF Invitational title, finishing 21st in the race with a time of 26:23.3… Finished 52nd at the Capital Cross Challenge with a time of 24:56.8… Took 71st at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational with a time of 24:56.7… Recorded a personal best in the 8K at the Pac-12 Championships with time of 24:42.5… Ran a 32:41.3 mark in the 10K event at the NCAA West Region Championships.

2018: Competed in four meets during his sophomore season... Opened the year with a 102nd place finish in 25:52.9 at the Joe Piane Invitational... Placed 67th at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 25:18.50... Followed that with a 68th place finish at the NCAA Regional as he crossed the line in 30:54.0. 

2017: Competed in five meets for the Bears in his first collegiate season... Started his freshman campaign with a 9th place finish (26:08.2) at USF Invitational, the best finish of any Golden Bear at the meet...  Ran for the Bears in both the Pac-12 Championships and NCAA West Regionals, earning a 70th place finish at Pac-12 and finished 164th at West Regionals. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Set high school PRs of 4:17 in the 1600m, 14:28 in the 3-mile and 15:02 in the 5k.

PERSONAL: Undeclared major…Hometown is Chino Hills, Calif. …Loves to listen to music and be with friends.
