TRACK & FIELD
2019: Moved to sixth on Cal’s Outdoor All-Time Top-10 list in the 10,000m with a personal best mark of 29:23.12 at the Mt. SAC Relays as he took 15th place… His personal best time also earned him a bid to the NCAA West Regionals where he finished 36th with a time of 29:57.52… Recorded a personal best time in the mile, as well as a second place finish, at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with a time of 4:06.69… Ran a personal best 3000m time of 8:08.15 at the MPSF Championship… Named to the MPSF All-Academic list following the indoor season… Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention.  

2018: Took 20th in the 5000m and 13th in the 10,000m at the Pac-12 Championship... Set a mile PR with a time of 4:10.14 and a fifth-place finish at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge... Recorded a new personal best of 14:13.30 and took fourth place at the Cardinal Classic... Notched a time of 30:04.59 as he took 19th in the 10,000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival... Recorded an indoor 3000m personal best of 8:12.08 at the Husky Classic... Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention... MPSF Scholar-Athlete. 

2017: Placed 20th in the 5000m at the Pac-12 Championship with a season-best mark of 14:44.62... Took 24th in the 3000m and 28th in the 5000m at the MPSF Indoor Championship... Posted an eighth place finish in the Big Meet with a season-best time of 8:21.51 in the 3000m... Took fourth at the Brutus Hamilton Open with a 1500m time of 4:00.16. 

CROSS COUNTRY
2018: Competed in five meets during the 2018 cross country campaign... Placed sixth in the season-opening team victory at the USF Invitational as he crossed the line in 25:05.5... Took 50th place at the Joe Piane Invitational with a season-best 8K time of 24:55.8... Took 64th place at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 25:11.02... Claimed a 44th place finish at the NCAA West Regionals as he crossed the line with a time of 30:31.5... Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention for the second straight season. 

2017: Competed in four meets for the Bears in 2017... Saw his best finish of his sophomore campaign at the Notre Dame Invitational, recording a 27th place finish (24:19.1)... Earned best career finishes at both the Pac-12 Championships (38th, 24:33.6) and NCAA West Regionals (54th, 30:45.8)... Earned his first Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention during the 2017 season. 

2016: Competed in six meets for the Bears in 2016… Best finish of the season came at the San Francisco Invitational, where he placed 8^th… Earned a spot in Cal’s rotation for Pac-12s (54th), NCAA regionals (68th) and NCAA Nationals (222nd).

PERSONAL: Graduated with a degree in political science.
