• Has played on both sides of the ball since his arrival in 2018 and a total of 12 games with his one career start at left guard on offense coming as a 2019 redshirt freshman at Utah
• Has four tackles with a career-high-tying two in both his lone game as a 2018 true freshman against Idaho and as a 2020 sophomore in the season-opener at UCLA

Sophomore (2020)
• Played in a single game off the bench of a season shortened to four games by COVID-19 and contributed a season-high-tying two tackles in the season-opener at UCLA
• Started training camp as an offensive lineman before moving to the defensive line prior to the season opener

Freshman (2019)
• Saw action in 10 games including his first career start as an offensive guard at Utah while working with the offensive line, defensive line and on the FG/PAT special teams unit
• Picked up most of his snaps on the FG/PAT special teams unit but also got into games on both sides of the line
• Switched from nose guard to offensive line the week leading up to Cal's third game of the season against North Texas
• Played in the spring game on the defensive line and recorded three tackles

• Earned the Dink Artal Award as the Defensive Scout Team Player of the Year
