• A two-time honorable mention All-Pac-12 selection in his final two campaigns as a 2019 junior and 2020 senior

• Had a string of 39 consecutive starts that spanned all 38 games of three consecutive seasons from 2017-19 and his 2020 season-opener as a senior at UCLA snapped when he did not start the next two games at Oregon State and vs. Stanford due to COVID-19 protocols but did return to the starting lineup for the final collegiate contest of his career against Oregon
• Started a career-high-tying 13 games as both a 2018 sophomore and junior
• Honored with the Pac-12's annual academic recognition for three consecutive seasons as a second-team Pac-12 All-Academic selection as both a redshirt freshman and sophomore, as well as a member of the league's initial Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll that replaced its Pac-12 All-Academic teams as a junior while 2020 academic honors have yet to be announced
• A nominee for CoSIDA Academic All-America® honors as both a sophomore and junior with nominations not yet due for his senior campaign

• Helped the offense improve by an average of 32.3 yards per contest in total offense from its final 2017 number including a season-best 305 yards rushing at Oregon State that was its most since a 2016 contest against Oregon
• Had a career-high-tying two tackles with a career-high-tying one in each of his final two contests of the campaign vs. Stanford and against TCU in the Cheez-It Bowl
• Made a memorable tackle in overtime against TCU when he chased down the Horned Frogs' Jawuan Johnson at the Cal 13-yard line after Johnson had returned an interception 72 yards with Curhan's tackle preventing a game-winning pick six and forcing TCU into an offensive possession that they eventually converted with a field goal for the winning points in a 10-7 overtime win

• Helped protect quarterback Ross Bowers, who became the seventh quarterback in Cal history to throw for over 3000 yards and recorded the sixth-highest total in school history with 3039 passing yards while ranking among Pac-12 and national leaders in completions per game (22.67 cpg, 3rd Pac-12, 15th NCAA), passing yards per game (253.3 ypg, 4th Pac-12, 28th NCAA), passing yards (5th Pac-12, 33rd NCAA) and passing TDs (18, T6th Pac-12, T44th NCAA)
• Helped open holes for running back Patrick Laird, who registered the 19th 1000-yard rushing season in Cal history while becoming the 16th Cal player to rush for 1000 yards or more and the first since Daniel Lasco in 2014 as he ranked among Pac-12 and national leaders in rush yards per carry (5.9 ypc, 6th Pac-12, 31st NCAA), rushing yards per game (102.5 ypg, 7th Pac-12, 27th NCAA) and rushing yards (1127, 8th Pac-12, 39th NCAA)
• Named Cal's Most Outstanding Offensive Player against Ole Miss
• Picked up a career-high-tying two tackles with a career-high-tying one each at Washington and against Arizona

• A three-year varsity starter from 2013-15 who didn't begin playing football until he was a sophomore in 2013
• Earned first-team All-State Medium School honors from Cal-Hi Sports, San Francisco All-Metro honors and was named the Marin County Athletic League Lineman of the Year as a 2015 senior after moving to left tackle and anchoring the offensive line for a team that averaged 212.9 yards per game on the ground
• Also played on the defensive line as a senior and had team highs of 6.0 sacks and -31 sack yards as well as the team’s lone safety for a squad that reached the North Coast Section Division II playoffs for the first time during his prep career
• Added one career rush for four yards as a senior
• Earned preseason All-Northern California honors by SportStars while he was also listed at No. 8 among players to watch by the San Francisco Chronicle and the No. 2 player in the North Bay Area according to North Bay Preps prior to his senior season
• Picked up honorable mention All-MCAL honors on both the offensive and defensive lines as a 2014 junior
• A member of the National Honor Society every semester as a prep
