- Named the 2022 Pac-12 Scholar-Athlete of the Year for women's swimming & diving
- Received the 2022 Neufeld Scholar-Athlete Award for having the highest GPA among Cal's graduating female student-athletes
- Completed her career ranked 10th all-time at Cal in the 100 free (47.78) and as a member of the school-record 800 free relay
- Scored in three individual events at the 2022 Pac-12 Championships, finishing 13th in the 500 free (4:47.14), eighth in the 200 free (1:46.81) and 20th in the 100 free (49.43)
- Captured the 2021 Pac-12 title in the 200 free with a time of 1:43.40, while also finishing second in the 100 free (47.94) and fourth in the 500 free (4:39.96). In addition, was a member of Cal's winning 400 free relay and 800 free relay
- Scored in three individual events and on two relays at the 2021 NCAA Championships. Took sixth in the 200 free (1:44.26), 13th in the 100 free (48.54) and 13th n the 500 free (4:42.31), and was on the third place 400 free relay and 800 free relay
- Reached the A final in three events at the 2020 Pac-12 meet, taking third in the 200 free (1:44.02), fifth in the 100 free (48.43) and 8th in the 500 free (4:41.36)
- Scored individually at the 2019 NCAA Championships in the 200 free (8th, 1:43.72) and 100 free (14th, 48.24), while she was also 26th in the 500 free (4:41.25). In addition, led off Cal’s runner-up 800 free relay (1:42.94 split).
- Posted a pair of third-place finishes in the 100 free (47.78) and 200 free (1:43.25) at the 2019 Pac-12 meet, helping Cal to a podium sweep in both events. Also placed seventh in the 500 free (4:39.34) and was a member of the winning 400 and 800 free relays
- Capped her freshman season in 2017-18 by scoring in two individual events at the NCAA Championships, taking fifth in the 200 free (1:43.54) and 15th in the 100 free (48.40). Also led off Cal's third-place 800 free relay
- At the 2018 Pac-12 Championships, reached the A final of the 100 free (3rd, 48.09), 200 free (3rd, 1:43.64) and 500 free (8th, 4:40.92)
- Also led off Cal's winning 800 free relay with a season-best 1:43.38 split
- Co-recipient of Cal's Karen Moe Humphreys Coaches Award as a freshman
- Served as a team co-captain
- Named a CSCAA Scholar All-American four times and to the Pac-12 All-Academic first team in 2019 and Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll in 2020, 2021 and 2022
- Earned the team's Warren Hellman Scholastic Award in 2022
- Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-American at-large team twice - to the second team in 2021 and to the third team in 2020 - and is one of only two Cal women's swimmers to be recognized at least twice (also Rachael Acker, 2014-16)
Olympics
- Competed at the 2016 Olympics in Rio, where she placed 26th in the 200m free and helped the Dutch team finish 13th in the 800m free relay
International
- A member of the Dutch National team since 2015
- Represented the Netherlands at the 2021 European Championships in Budapest
- Among the events she has competed at are the 2015 European Short-Course Championships (4th, 200m free); the 2016 European Long-Course Championships (3rd, 800m free relay); and the 2017 World Long-Course Championships (7th, 800m free relay; 16th, 200m free)
- Has qualified for the 2016 European Short-Course Championships to be held in December in Copenhagen
- Owns the Dutch age-group record in the 200m free (short course) and was a member of the national record-setting 800m free relay
