- Placed 11th in the 200 butterfly at the 2023 NCAA Championships (1:54.03)

- Took third place in the 200 butterfly at the 2023 Pac-12 Championships
- Captured the 200 butterfly and 500 freestyle during a dual meet at Washington State
- Won the 200 butterfly in a dual meet against USC
- Finished in third place in the 200 butterfly at the 2022 Minnesota Invitational

- The 2021 Pac-12 champion in the 200 fly after swimming her 1:52.82 in the final for a nearly 3.5-second win. Also took third in the 100 fly (51.79) and seventh in the 500 free (4:42.99), and was a member of Cal's winning 800 free relay
- Scored in two individual events at the 2021 NCAA meet, placing ninth in the 200 fly (1:53.19) and 16th in the 500 free (4:45.39), while also finishing 26th in the 100 fly (52.31). In addition, helped the 800 free relay to a third-place finish
- Set the Cal dual-meet record in the 200 fly with a time of 1:53.51 vs. UCLA on Jan. 30, 2021
- Swam a best time of 1:53.81 in the 200 fly as a freshman, which puts her eighth on Cal's all-time list in the event at the time
- In addition, posted NCAA B qualifying times in four other events in 2019-20 - 200 free (1:45.47), 500 free (4:42.73), 1650 free (16:26.26) and 100 fly (52.70)
- At the 2020 Pac-12 Championships, reached the podium with a third-place finish in the 200 fly (1:53.81) and placed 11th in the 200 free (1:45.47) and 14th in the 500 free (4:42.73)
- Named a CSCAA Scholar All-American in 2021
High School
- Captured state titles in the 200 free and 500 free as a junior and senior and was a four-time regional champion in both events
- Named the Regional Swimmer of the Year and recipient of the CHSAA Female Swimmer of the Year award
- Received the Faculty Cup Award, given to a student who best represents her high school spirit and academics
- Member of the National Honor Society and the Beta Club
- Set school records in the 100, 200 and 500 free and was a three-time team MVP
- Served as freshman, sophomore and junior class president and all-school president as a senior
- Won the 200 fly at the Irish Open Championships in 2018
- Swam for the Lexington Dolphins
